Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The perfume must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused
  • The price label must remain attached
  • A valid purchase invoice is required
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange
  • Exchanges will not be accepted for minor variations in fragrance or packaging appearance caused by lighting, screen resolution, or monitor differences

Exchanges Will Only Be Processed If:

  • A defective product is delivered
  • An incorrect product is delivered

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery
  2. Email clear images of the defective or incorrect product to:

  3. Once reviewed and approved, you will receive an online voucher equal to the product value, redeemable on future purchases
