Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 1–5 business days after order confirmation
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer than the estimated timeframe

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

To ensure order authenticity and timely delivery, telephonic verification may be required for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Exceptions to Telephonic Verification:

Verified or returning customers may not require verification
During sales, promotions, or seasonal launches, telephonic verification may be skipped due to high order volumes

Irtiqa Perfumes reserves the right to cancel COD orders that cannot be verified.
